Single mothers are the true Super-Heroes

I wanted to share a personal story that underscores the importance of our mission at Rekencile. A few months ago, a close friend of mine had an unfortunate biking accident navigating San Francisco's steep hills. This incident led to a lengthy cycle of medical expenses, including imaging, checkups, rehabilitation, and regular visits to the orthopedist.

She is relatively fortunate to have AETNA (CVS Group) as her healthcare insurance through her employer, known for its excellent service. However, despite this, she admitted that she never looks at the paperwork to track her healthcare expenses and reimbursements. My friend is a single mother raising two daughters (10 and 16) while holding a demanding job in high-tech and AI. The little time she has for herself is certainly not best spent on tracking paperwork.

She is aware that she may be paying more than necessary due to inconsistencies and errors, but she has consciously decided not to dedicate time to sorting through those bills.

I believe that single mothers like her, who juggle the immense responsibilities of raising children and maintaining their careers, are true super-heroes. Her experience has reinforced my conviction in Rekencile's mission to automate healthcare paperwork and act on behalf of patients. Our goal is to help people focus on healing instead of enduring financial stress and paperwork overload.

This personal story deepens my commitment to ensuring Rekencile makes a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals like my friend. I am excited to continue working together to achieve our mission.
